Whoah.

So I haven't updated...in a LOOOONGGGGGGGGGGG time.

Not because I'm lazy....mostly because I'm busy. Ok, bad excuse..I KNOW...I KNOW.

Political stuff has given me a good swift kick in the ass. Turns out the D.E.C. wants to swear me in as Committee Woman for my entire precinct. Scary......of ocurse I agreed.

I am a glutton for punishment.

In other news........well let's see. Things are tough with money, I MAY have a job. I won't know until Tuesday. I'm not sure how Christmas is going to turn otu but oh well. We shall see, I wont bore you with all my personal problems. Suffice it to say I am ripping my hair out. Enough said.

I AM FINALLY writing letters now...amazing that. So if you wrote me liek a billion years ago, youll be getting one back soon.

Bleh. I am still however all about politics. I am trying my best to get to the Florida Democratic Convention Dec 9-11th....Howard Dean will be there, John Edwards, Senators Nelson and Obama. Three days of Democratic politics. I mean come on people, that's a dream come true for me.

So here I am, near the end of another year, and on top of it all I am abotu to turn twenty-five. That's a LITTLE BIT scary...not terrifying but just....scary. I mean it freaks me out just a little bit. It just snuck up on me so quickly....out of fecking nowhere. Kind of random....like I just woke up and some cheerful little bird reminded me I am "Less than a month from being 25."

Thanks for reminding me.

So I guess it comes down to a few things. Basically what I learned. Sometimes I hate to remind myself of that...but I really did learn stuff.

I miss my friends. I havent been a very good one this year. I havent written letters, havent updated.......I...just...suck.

In all reality, if it was NOT for you guys I have NO IDEA where the hell I would be. Well, yes I do...not in a very good place. You know who you are, Beckers, Ruth, Jamie, Thor, Clarice, Andy, Rachel, Elnara, So many of you.....yes I have been a BAD friend.

So I apologize here and now for my profuse suckage. I learned this year just how much you *ARE* my family. More so than the one I have........

I also learned I am the type of person that has to be immersed in things. I hate sitting. I have to be thrown into the deep end, even if I dont know how to swim. I like being given ways to jump into things. Such as someoen going "Here....go be chair of a committee!"

I liek being thrown admist people...like at Gathering so many years back. I just jump in and start talking. I love people. So in short I am the type of person that has to be "Immersed" in things. Yea, that's me.

Good thing to learn about yourself I guess.

I have also learned I am much crazier than previously thought, and I talk to much. I also think to much, my own thoughts constantly betray me and it's like "OH NO! Not YOU again!" and then I have to beat them back with a sharpened spoon.

That's also me.

My motto for the year is "If you want to improve, be prepared to be thought foolish and stupid."

That is also me. I have a direction in life now, and I am pursuing it with doggish single-mindedness. Go me.

Ok, so I dont know why I'm doing this. Out of habit I guess, but here is a Christmas list for those of you who care. Be aware if you get me a gift you WILL get something in return, it may be right after Christmas but I will return the favor.

Ok first. ANYTHING Si and Am, seriously in Wal-Mart they have these cute little fleece pajama pants and a set of flannel pants with a long sleeve shirt. Love those, anything else with the siamese kitties is a definite good thing. Also the WICKED QUEEN from Snow White. ANYTHING of hers is good.

Also they are making a set of My Chemical Romance action figures, available in Hot Topic, not sure WHEN they come out but before Christmas methinks, if you get me those I will love you forever.

Anythign My Chem actually shirts, posters, buttons, patches...I DONT CARE! It all works.
