Hello all!

Yes I’m back once again to bore you with my entirely senseless and mind-numbingly dull drivel.

Why people read this I’ll never know. Aren’t you people bored yet?~Pokes~

I bore myself even, I have never considered myself a interesting person. Thusly, why I am amazed that I kept this diary for so long. Not to mention the fact that I now have……let’s see ~counts~ 4 other diaries as well.

My fic diary, my poetry diary, and punkrockelf diary……but wait, isn’t that only 3 you ask?

Yes it is, but now I have a new diary. Yes, like I *REALLY* needed another one. Oh well, I have it anyway. It is located HERE It is not entirely finished yet, there is still the G-Book and Archives page to be done and set up, but go on and drool over my layout, and in the meantime, just for fun, try to guess who designed this for me……..sign my guestbook and tell me who you think did it. I’m curious to see if you can catch on to who’s style this is.

So, let’s see, I have the TT Extended edition, and am rather pleased. The Smeagol statue looks nice next to my huge electronic talking Gollum….and oh god….the added scenes…….

THE ADDED SCENES! Ok if you DO NOT have the DVD don’t read further, spoilers ensue. Ill let you know when they are over…..scroll down.

The extended scenes with Boromir. It showed so much of his beauty, and strength of character, everything Boromir is to me. The way he hesitates to go to Rivendell, but you KNOW he’s doing it for his people, and love for his land. It took my breath away to be honest. It was absolutely gorgeous…..and yes I did cry….because I am a complete and utter lame-arse as such.

I sobbed like a baby. Most of you already know how much Boromir means to me, this just brought it all flooding back. Kudos again to Sean Bean, for bringing to life what I once deemed impossible to breathe life into.

Kudos to him indeed.

Ah yes, and the added Merry-Pippn bits! FLAWLESS! PRIELESS! I have watched these so many times! Pippin looks so adorable falling asleep on Treebeard, there’s something about the way Billy does his facial expressions that conveys a hundred or so more things than words ever cod.

ENT-DRAUGHTS! YAY! I loved this bit I nearly died laughing……DIED I tell you. Once again, Billy’s facial expressions make the scene.

Speaking of Billy, I saw Master and Commander.

BRILLIANT! FUCKING BRILLIANCE! I cannot convey how stunned I was with the film.

I went only out of loyalty to Billy, my favorite Scotsman. I abhor Russel Crowe, and was not looking forward to seeing him on-screen for two and a half hours.

How wrong I was.

The movie was brilliant, I will go so far as to say Russel Crowe was brilliant as well. In all sincerity he played the part perfectly, and gave it depth. I have always been fascinated in this story, and to see it brought to life in a way like this was amazing.

I loved it, am going again this weekend.

Billy was brilliant as well, he made a rather endearing coxswain, not to mention the 10 seconds of him fighting with a sword was worth ticket price.

Here’s the funny bit though.

Towards the latter half of the film, there’s a huge fight scene, well I knocked my damn purse over into the aisle, so as I reached over to get it, I saw my boyfriend cringe, actually cringe and shrink back, I look up for a scant moment and it looked as though Billy’s character had died. My boyfriend freaked, expecting me to hyperventilate and scream bloody murder, since all my favorite movie chacs die….and I usually scream very loudly, curse the director, and throw things {that usually hit him}

Fortunately it was not Billy’s character and all was well. No injuries sustained.

Nuff said. GO SEE MOVIE!

Ah yes. ROTK is swiftly approaching.

It has instilled a new sense of Sistership within me. Watching the TT EE has done this as well.

The Sistership has been through a lot in the past year………..alot of people have suffered, hell some of us have nearly had nervous breakdowns.

I look around though, and a lot of us are still left standing. A lot of people said we would never make it past a year. I know some of you are apprehensive, wondering what will happen once the movies are gone?

Nothing.

Why SHOULD anything happen? We will still all love Tolkien, the movies, the books, the actors, the music…everything.

I don’t see that dying off anytime soon. The Sistership is alive in all of us, even those of you who left. It lives, and breathes, and gives many of us strength. There were many times this year when I nearly gave up.

Nearly said “Oh forget it, fuck it”

But I didn’t, because right before doing it, I catch myself figuring out what really matters…….thats the idea behind the sistership, the sisters themselves……and our unique irreverence.

WE matter….every single one of us matters.

So don’t ever think you don’t. I don’t want people to feel sorry for the crap I went through this year.I wanted to say it happened….and that’s ok.

Not pissed, not holding grudges.

That’s enough of that I think. On a Christmas type note, I want to state people will be getting Christmas presents from me, LOTS OF PEOPLE…..they will most likely be late.

I know, Im a moron. This is mostly due to The Gathering, and the fact that I cannot do everything before I go, don’t have time or money…..but everyone will be getting something once I get back. My apologies for this, but I have a long list to buy for.

So, Im going to errrm, put up a Christmas list I guess. Never done this before so pardon me if it’s lame.

1. Any my little ponies or Fairy Tail Birds. Dunno what Fairy Tail Birds are? Go Here I already have Tulip Tails, Tasty Tails, Tinsel Tails Tu-Tu Tails

2. Billy Boyd in a kilt, or anything he has signed, breathed on etc. I know this isn’t likely, but I REALLY want a autograph, so here it be.

3.The new ROTK bookmarks, cause I collect the bookmarks, and yea…..

4. The ever elusive-only-to-be-found-on-e-bay-boromir-single-carded-action-figure. IE: The one where he is sold by himself, NOT with Lurtz, red Two Towers packaging.

5. Anything from HotTopics.

6. A glo-worm, or any 80’s girlie toys at all. She-Ra, Jewm, Rose Petal Place, dumb shit.

7. Anything LOTR related.

8. Most of all for all my sisters and friends to have a WONDERFUL Christmas.
